Do credit packs remove the watermark?

No. One-time credits pay for successful editing. An active PRO or STUDIO subscription unlocks watermark-free downloads from both current and saved results.

What happens if I cancel a monthly plan?

Stripe keeps the plan active through the paid billing period. Existing credits and saved projects remain in the account. After the period ends, new downloads use the protected watermarked version until a monthly plan is active again.

Do unused monthly credits disappear?

No. Subscription credits are added to the same account balance as one-time credits, so unused credits remain available after the billing cycle changes.

What happens after payment?

The site waits for Stripe to confirm the purchase. A monthly plan adds its included credits and activates clean downloads; a one-time pack adds only its listed credits. The confirmation page never assumes success before the server verifies it.

What if generation fails?

The operation uses 0 credits. Your image and instructions stay in the editor so you can retry.
